Our prototyping facility spans a total of 16,500 square feet and houses 6,000 square feet of open warehouse space, an 1,800 square foot machine shop, and a 2,000 square foot prototyping workspace. The warehouse contains an enclosed, ventilated space for painting and coating, along with a 5,000 lb. capacity warehouse forklift and telehandler, providing flexibility for handling large materials and components. This space is ideal for rapid assembly, logistics, and storing prototypes or finished parts. The machine shop is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including two DRO (Digital Readout) Lathes, a DRO Mill, a CNC plasma cutter, CNC router, and a complete array of welding equipment for MIG, TIG, and Stick welding across aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. The shop also features horizontal and vertical bandsaws, along with other general fabrication tools, making it well-suited for precision machining, custom fabrication, and metalworking. 

Additionally, the 2,000 square foot, climate-controlled workspace is designed to support a variety of cutting-edge product development needs. This includes an additive manufacturing lab, which houses multiple FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) and Stereolithography (SLA) resin printers for high-quality 3D printing. The facility also boasts a fully equipped electronics test & assembly area, offering scopes, function generators, power supplies, and circuit board assembly capabilities, ideal for developing and testing electronic components. For rapid digitization of physical components, we have a high-resolution 3D scanner that can capture intricate details of both large and small items, converting them into precise 3D models. Whether the requirement entails working on mechanical design, electronics, or product iteration, our versatile facility is equipped to handle diverse prototyping demands from start to finish.
