We develop systems across the spectrum of electromagnetic warfare (EW) in the domains of electronic support and electronic attack capabilities. We specialize in the development of decentralized and cognitive EW systems that can be deployed in novel ways to deliver non-kinetic effects as part of a combined multi-domain maneuver concept. We support the Army and the DoD with subject matter expertise in the field of tactical communications. Our team of experts understands the complexities of resilient waveforms as well as how to test and assess their performance in a relevant operational environment using hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL), modeling and simulation, and demonstrations to assess the correct combination of resilient capabilities to meet user needs. 

Our team in Aberdeen is a pioneering system integrator in the field of radio frequency machine learning (RFML). Radio Frequency-Based Artificial Intelligence to Detect, Engage, & React (RAIDER) is under development to identify novel approaches to identify known and unknown signals of interest. We accomplish this through a complex approach to signal processing and RFML techniques which can support friendly freedom of maneuverability and survivability.

Lightweight Satnav (LWS) is a new PNT signal that will be transmitted from the Space Development Agency (SDA) Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites.

LWS leverages commercial cryptography and the DoD network to provide military encryption with no critical program information (CPI). We have developed a transmitter and receiver that have been successfully demonstrated in the field. 

Our team has both a deep understanding of the current state of assured position navigation and timing (A-PNT) development and a keen eye on future needs as they evolve.

We are always looking for new, cost-effective A-PNT solutions that can be leveraged to provide reliable A-PNT information to our warfighters.  

We specialize in software development across the product lifecycle, including research and development through procurement and sustainment activities. We employ a disciplined, requirements-driven approach to software development which captures the system design and manages progress through the use of multiple industry tools such as GitHub and Jira to create the background algorithms, embedded software, and the graphical user interface (GUI) tools. 

Our experience in reverse-engineering large OEM software, completing development of that software, testing, and integrating is a rare combination as the United States looks to modernize the strategic arsenal. Our expertise has been applied to develop software in support of AFMAN 119 requirements, which represent some of the most critical functions for ensuring human intent is executed in a safe and effective manner. 

Our office is located directly outside of Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), which is the headquarters of the Army Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Cyber Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center. The C5ISR Center is home to the Army’s C5ISR Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS), and our team supports both CMOSS and sensor open systems architecture (SOSA) developmental efforts through systems engineering, integrating, and testing.

We believe in the strength of agile project management. Our programs hold daily standups, and we manage work through a disciplined approach utilizing tracking mechanisms such as Jira.

We use these standups and sprints to focus on building incremental capability that meets our customer’s needs.
