Inspired by the resilience and positivity of our beloved custodian, Mr. Frank Battle, IS4S established the Battle Award in 2023 as the highest honor given to an employee-owner.
The Battle Award celebrates what we value most at IS4S—humble endurance, strength of character, and a selfless commitment to the common good. Like its namesake, it represents the culture and relationships we want to build in and through our workforce.
