If you are a California resident, certain privacy rights apply to you as an applicant or employee. This California Employee and Applicant Privacy Notice describes how Integrated Solutions for Systems (“IS4S,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information about California job applicants, employees, and other workers in the context of recruitment, employment, and related HR administration.

YOUR RIGHT TO KNOW
You have the right to request access to the personal information about you that IS4S has collected, used, and disclosed in the last 12 months in connection with your application, employment, or other work‑related relationship with IS4S. IS4S retains this information for as long as necessary to manage our relationship with you and to comply with applicable legal, tax, contract, and recordkeeping requirements.
IS4S does not sell your personal information or share your personal information with third parties for cross‑context behavioral advertising (targeted advertising) in connection with your application, employment, or other work‑related relationship.
We collect the below in the employment context, for example, by submitting a job application, participating in the recruitment process, completing onboarding documentation, or otherwise communicating with us in connection with your role or prospective role at IS4S. We may also receive limited contact and identification information about you from third parties, such as recruiting agencies, background‑check providers, or referral sources, where permitted by law. Within the last 12 months, we may collect and disclose the following categories of personal information:
1. Identifiers: A name, address, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, or other similar identifiers.
We use this information to manage recruitment and hiring, administer your employment or engagement (including payroll, benefits, and performance management), communicate with you about your role and IS4S business, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and support other internal HR and operational purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers and partners that support our HR and business operations, such as payroll and benefits administrators, background‑check providers, IT and security service providers, professional advisers, and other vendors that help us manage our workforce and corporate functions.
2. (Under California Law only) Personal Information Categories from Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e): Name, email, signature, address, city, state, zip, cable provider, birthday, phone number.
We use this information to process and evaluate your application, administer your employment or engagement (including payroll, benefits, and compliance with eligibility‑to‑work and other legal requirements), communicate with you, and maintain our internal records. We may disclose this information to payroll and benefits administrators, background‑check providers, HR information system vendors, professional advisers, and other service providers that support our HR, legal, and compliance operations.
3. Internet or Other Similar Network Activity: Browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interaction with our website or online advertisements.
We collect this information automatically through our IT and security tools when you use IS4S equipment, accounts, or networks in the course of your work or application process. This may include, for example, access logs, device identifiers, and metadata about how and when you access our systems. We use this information to operate and secure our systems, monitor for security incidents and policy violations, support investigations, maintain business continuity, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We may disclose this information to IT, security, and hosting service providers, as well as other vendors that support our technology and security operations.
4. Professional or Employment-Related Information: Current and past compensation and employment history.
We use this information to evaluate and manage recruitment and hiring, administer your employment or engagement, manage performance and development, plan workforce and compensation, and comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. We may disclose this information to payroll and benefits administrators, HR information systems and time‑keeping vendors, background‑check providers, professional advisers, and other service providers that support our HR, finance, and compliance operations.
5. Education Information: Student records or directory information (as defined in the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act).
We use this information to assess your qualifications for roles, verify credentials where appropriate, manage training and professional development, and comply with legal and contractual requirements. We may disclose this information to background‑check providers, training and learning‑management vendors, professional licensing bodies where relevant, and other service providers that support our recruiting, training, and compliance activities.
6. Geolocation Data: Non-precise location data generated from your device’s IP address.
We collect this information automatically through our IT and security tools when you access IS4S systems or networks, which may allow us to infer a general location (for example, city or region) from your device’s IP address. We use this information to help secure our systems, understand where our networks are being accessed, support remote work and workforce planning, and meet legal, tax, and operational requirements related to our workforce. We may disclose this information to IT, hosting, and security service providers that support our technology and security operations.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
IS4S may collect the following types of sensitive personal information, but only where necessary and permitted by applicable law:
Government identification numbers. We use this information to verify your identity and work authorization, administer payroll and tax reporting, comply with immigration and export‑control requirements, and satisfy other legal and regulatory obligations. We may disclose this information to payroll and tax processors, background‑check and identity‑verification providers, immigration and export‑control support services, professional advisers, and government agencies and authorities (such as tax, social security, and immigration authorities) as necessary for these purposes.
Financial account details for payroll and benefits. We use this information to process salary, bonuses, reimbursements, and other payments to you and to administer certain benefits. We may disclose this information to payroll providers, financial institutions, expense‑management platforms, benefits administrators, and other payment and benefits service providers solely as needed to process payments and administer benefits.
Citizenship and immigration status. We use this information to verify your eligibility to work, comply with immigration and export‑control laws, and meet contractual and regulatory requirements. We may disclose this information to immigration counsel or service providers, background‑check providers, export‑control and security screening vendors, professional advisers, and relevant government authorities where required by law or contract.
Health and disability‑related information. We use this information to administer health and welfare benefits, manage leave and accommodation requests, comply with health, safety, and employment laws, and address workplace incidents. We may disclose this information to benefits carriers and brokers, workers’ compensation and disability administrators, occupational health and medical professionals, leave and accommodation administrators, insurers, and professional advisers, as well as to government agencies or authorities where required by law.
Where permitted and appropriate, IS4S may also collect demographic information you choose to provide (such as race or ethnic origin, veteran status, or disability status) for equal employment opportunity, diversity and inclusion, and reporting purposes, typically on a voluntary basis.
Unless otherwise allowed by applicable state law, we will only collect certain types of sensitive personal information with your consent. We do not use or disclose your sensitive personal information for purposes other than those business purposes specifically enumerated under applicable state law, including California. As a result, we do not offer the right to limit our use or disclosure of these categories of sensitive personal information.
YOUR RIGHT TO REQUEST DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have the right to request that IS4S delete personal information about you that IS4S has collected or maintains in connection with your application, employment, or other work‑related relationship, subject to certain legal exceptions. IS4S may deny your deletion request where permitted by law, including when the information is needed to complete transactions or payments, detect security incidents, prevent fraudulent or illegal activities, identify and repair errors, comply with court orders, laws, and regulations (such as employment, tax, and recordkeeping requirements), or for other solely internal and lawful purposes.
YOUR RIGHT TO CORRECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have the right to request that IS4S correct inaccurate personal information about you that IS4S maintains in the employment or recruitment context. You may do so by submitting a data rights request as described below.
SUBMITTING A CONSUMER DATA REQUEST
You may submit a request to know, delete, or correct personal information by providing your name, address, email address, and other requested information via our online form here or by calling 256-489-9723. We will verify your request using the information you provide. If you call 256-489-9723, you will be asked to provide the same information requested on the form for verification purposes. We will only use personal information provided in a request to verify your identity or authority to make the request and to respond to it. We cannot respond to your request if we cannot verify your identity or your authority to act on behalf of another individual. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by applicable law, provided the agent presents proof of authorization and we can verify your identity.
IS4S does not knowingly collect personal information in the employment or recruitment context from individuals under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take appropriate steps to delete it, consistent with applicable law.
YOUR RIGHT TO APPEAL
If you are not satisfied with our response to your consumer data request, you may appeal by emailing privacy@is4s.com. In your email, please state why you were not satisfied with our initial response.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy rights.
CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY NOTICE
IS4S may amend this privacy notice at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this privacy notice, we will post the updated notice on the website and app and update the notice’s effective date. Your continued use of our website or app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
