YOUR RIGHT TO KNOW

You have the right to request access to the personal information about you that IS4S has collected, used, and disclosed in the last 12 months in connection with your interactions with our website and related online services. Personal information means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you or your household. IS4S retains this information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement and to comply with applicable legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements. 

Within the last 12 months, as you interact with us, directly, through third parties, or online, we may collect and disclose the following categories of personal information:

1. Identifiers: A name, address, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, or other similar identifiers.

IS4S collects identifiers when you choose to provide them to us, for example, by submitting a contact form on the website, requesting information about our services, registering for updates, or otherwise communicating with us online. We may also receive limited business contact information about you from third parties, such as our partners or service providers, where permitted by law. IS4S uses this information to operate and improve the website, respond to your inquiries, provide information about our products and services, carry out marketing and promotional activities, and support other internal business operations related to the website and your interactions with us. We may disclose this information to service providers that support our operations, such as hosting and analytics providers, email and communications platforms, cybersecurity and fraud‑prevention providers, logistics and planning tool providers, and other vendors that help us manage customer and affiliate relationships.

4. Internet or Other Similar Network Activity:  Browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interaction with our website or online advertisements.

We collect this information automatically through web analytics tools and similar technologies when you visit our website. This may include, for example, your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, links clicked, and the date, time, and duration of your visits. We use this information to improve our website functionality and user experience, analyze website performance, understand visitor behavior, and support our internal operations. We may disclose this information to web and data analytics providers, web hosting service providers, and other service providers that support our website operations.

5. Geolocation Data: Non-precise location data generated from your device’s IP address.

We may collect non‑precise geolocation information from your device’s IP address when you use the IS4S website, which may allow us to infer your general location (for example, city or region). We use this information to understand where our website is being accessed from, to help secure our systems, and to support website analytics and operational planning. We may disclose this information to hosting providers, analytics providers, and other service providers that support our website and security operations.

SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not collect sensitive personal information. As a result, we do not offer the right to limit our use or disclosure of these categories of sensitive personal information.

YOUR RIGHT TO REQUEST DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to request that IS4S delete personal information about you that IS4S has collected or maintains, subject to certain legal exceptions. We may deny your deletion request where permitted by law, including when the information is needed to complete a transaction you requested, detect security incidents, prevent fraudulent or illegal activities, identify and repair errors, comply with court orders, laws, or regulations, or for other solely internal and lawful purposes.

YOUR RIGHT TO CORRECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to request that IS4S correct any of your personal information collected or maintained by IS4S. You may do so by submitting a Consumer Data Request as described below.

SUBMITTING A CONSUMER DATA REQUEST

You may submit a consumer data request for access, deletion, or correction by providing your name, address, email address, and other requested information here. Your request will be verified using the information you provide. If you call 256-489-9723, you will be asked to provide the same information requested on the form for verification purposes. We will use only the personal information provided in a consumer data request to verify your identity or authority to make the request, and to respond to it. We cannot respond to your request if we cannot verify your identity or your authority to act on behalf of another individual. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request as authorized by applicable law, or with proof of signed permission and confirmation of your identity

We will typically respond to your request within 45 days if we are able to verify your identity, or within any different period required by applicable law. IS4S may prioritize requests from individuals located in jurisdictions where it is legally required to respond and reserves the right to deny requests from individuals located in jurisdictions where it is not legally required to respond. You may generally submit a request to know information no more than twice within a 12‑month period. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your consumer data request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded; if a fee applies, we will inform you of the basis for the fee and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

REQUESTS TO KNOW OR DELETE FOR CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 13

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through our website. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete it, consistent with applicable law.

YOUR RIGHT TO APPEAL

If you are not satisfied with our response to your consumer data request, you may appeal by emailing privacy@is4s.com. In your email, please state why you were not satisfied with our initial response. 

YOUR RIGHT TO OPT-OUT

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

YOUR RIGHT TO NON-DISCRIMINATION FOR THE EXERCISE OF A PRIVACY RIGHT

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy rights. We will not:

  • Deny you goods or services.

  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.

  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.

  • Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

We may offer financial incentives, as permitted by law, which can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any such incentive will be reasonably related to your personal information’s value. We will provide a written description of the material terms of the incentive. Participation in a financial incentive requires your prior opt-in consent, which you may revoke at any time.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY NOTICE

IS4S may amend this privacy notice at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this privacy notice, we will post the updated notice on the website and app and update the notice’s effective date. Your continued use of our website or app following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
