IS4S Awarded SBIR Phase III from US Navy for EMRF Production

Integrated Solutions for Systems Inc. (IS4S), Huntsville, Alabama, is awarded a $47,768,691 Firm Fixed Price contract for expeditionary maintenance and repair facility (EMRF) production. The program is for the fabrication of five fully outfitted EMRFs, consisting of 90 individual expeditionary maintenance and repair container (EMRC) prototype units and four additional fully outfitted EMRC variants. The EMRF with additional EMRC variants will be deployed globally to diverse environments where the government will use them as data collection platforms to validate the EMRF concept. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama, and is expected to be completed by September 2027. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) $47,768,691 funding will be obligated at award and not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract is a sole-source Small Business Innovation Research Phase III award, under 15 U.S. Code 638 (r)(4). The Mid Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N5005426C0002).
