IS4S Awarded SBIR Phase II from US Navy for EMARC Systems

The US Navy has awarded Integrated Solutions for Systems (IS4S), Inc. an $8.4M contract to construct 14 new Expeditionary Maintenance and Repair Container (EMARC) systems for use as proof of concept demonstrators. The EMARC systems provide the capability to move maintenance and repair operations to far forward locations. EMARC variants include machine shops, welding centers, valve and hose repair, power generation, and other specialized capabilities such as additive and subtractive manufacturing. The EMARC systems will be used worldwide at the point of need to enable more rapid repair and maintenance in remote locations.
